2 months agoI don't remember this movie, it's been too long. but the family's house is rebuilt. Then they leave right afterwards. I'm at the beginning of the movie. There's got to be an explanation. If this movie doesn't have an explanation, it's incomplete. All the eyewitnesses just went silent, I guess. He comes into town and cried critter. He the child who cried critter, whatever.

1 month agoAs someone who never watched these movies and therefore doesn't have nostalgia attached, these two movies were actually really good?? Like I kinda expected a goofy/fun Gremlins type movie (which is fine!) but the character arcs between this and the first movie were done really well. Very pleasantly surprised.

4 weeks agoThe Beginning shot (The Nature/Environment) kind of looks like something out of the movie Legend (1985), and the music sounds a bit like the scene of Total Recall (1990) when Quato "opens" Arnold Schwarzenegger's mind and shows the mine shaft of Mars.
